***tier2square.shtml***From time to time I plan to write some CRM Articles (short for Customer Relationship Management) for the pleasure of my reading audience. I'll say to you right off the bat these will not be the normal drone of articles rehashing the proper implementation steps for CRM software, etc. I'm amazed out how many times the same articles have been written again and again.

For some fun, I'm letting you participate in this venture. I'd like any and all to write about anything you want as long as it's related to CRM in some fashion. For doing so, I will promise to provide a link back to your site, if you have one. So make sure you include the URL somewhere in your Article!

It should be noted that all articles will go through an editorial process to ensure that only high quality submissions are published. Even those may get some minor editing for grammar and spelling, etc.  I'm curious to hear what others have to say, so this process will be fun for me and I hope it will be valuable to those visiting this site.
