CRM Strategy Building Template

I really like your website. It turned my thinking around on what CRM really is. I had one of my people out collecting CRM software features so we could figure out what would work best for us. Then I realized that I had no idea "what would work best for us."
So, I found your site, but I don't see a detailed strategy building template here. It's good general information but I need more help than that. I'd like to do as much of the CRM strategy building in house. I realize that I may be looking at a huge ROI, but I still have cashflow limitations to recognize and they won't allow for a huge consulting budget.
Do you plan to offer more detail on your site?

Mike's Response:
Gerald, I'm glad you like the site and thank you for helping me make it better.
The challenge with providing you what you're looking for is that each business is different. You're "As is" is different from someone else's which means the starting point is variable. Also, the "To be" of your customer centric strategy could be different than your competitor. Otherwise, how will you be competitive?
What we do is put your organization through a thorough survey. We also survey your customers. This comprehensive survey is then run through an analytics engine provides us (and you) with the information we need to understand where you are, how different parts of your organization perceive your competitiveness and whether an issue is high or low priority.
Once we have all of this information, we can show you where your best opportunities for realignment exist. At that point, you can deal with realignment issues internally. However, I think it would be a great help if you used a methodology, like ours, to get you started. It doesn't require a huge consulting budget. This "is" a template approach. It's just that we have to tweak the template case by case to get the best results for our customers.
Hope this helps
