RightNow Adds Feedback Channels to CRM Package

I find this pretty fascinating. My website incorporates Web 2.0 features (I'm using them right now and so can you). However, I'm not sure that integrating chat and real-time surveys is an answer to a strategic problem. I guess we'll have to wait and see what the consultants come up with as they take advantage of these features going forward.

One integration I do know of (it works with SalesLogix) is a comprehensive LinkedIn integration that allows you to identify paths to a Lead or Contact based on your linked in Network. This is a pretty cool tactical tool for sales people. I'm looking forward to using that in the future.
